Order procedure

- Login

- Make your choice, enter the number and click on "add to cart".

- Click on "continue shopping" or "go to your shopping cart".

- After "go to your shopping cart", enter your payment method, send it to which country and possibly a discount code.

- Check the order and click on "complete order".

- Enter the contact details and click on "complete order".

- Check the data again and click on "I declare to have taken note of and to agree with the General conditions".

- Then confirm the order at the bottom right of the button!

- After this, if you have chosen to pay for Ideal / Mister Cash or Credit Card, you will be transferred to the payment system of Mollie that makes these payments for us. We will process your order as soon as we have received the payment. Via Ideal this is direct (on working days within 24 hours), via transfer usually a day later. For collection, please contact info@gelukspoppetjes.eu. 

Payments

Gelukspoppetjes-groothandel.com has 4 options for settling your order: prepay by bank, iDEAL, Credit Card or cash payment on pickup. Gelukspoppetjes-groothandel.com ensures that all products that are shipped are packed carefully and adequately, in such a way that the risk of damage to the products during the shipment is reduced to a minimum.

When paying in advance via the bank, please transfer the amount within 8 days to bank account: NL61INGB0005326647 to Artasja creative toepassingen in Veldhoven. Note: do not forget to mention your order number when making the payment.

With iDEAL you can settle your online purchases safely, easily and securely. You settle in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker you can directly use iDEAL, without having to sign up for it. For more information, visit the iDEAL website. Mister Cash costs € 0.25 per transaction and 1.8% of the order. Payment with Credit Card is safe, but it also entails more costs, namely € 0.25 per order plus 2.8% of the amount of the order. No costs will be charged for an ordinary bank transfer and Ideal payments! All prices exclude 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs, price changes and typographical errors.

Shipping

Shipping costs within the Netherlands € 6.95 and outside the Netherlands but within Europe € 13.00.

Pickup

You can always pick up your order by appointment and is free of charge. You can opt for cash payment upon collection or you pay via the site with iDEAL.

As soon as we have received your payment, we strive to ship your order to you within 2 working days. If this is not possible for whatever reason, we will notify you in time.

Returns

If an order is returned to us (not accepted by the customer), we can offer it again at the post, after payment of the actual costs (see our general terms and conditions).
